Arts for All September Newsletter

Looking back on another busy month here at Arts for All - here is everything we've done!

Amazing corporate volunteers

We had a group from BNP Paribas come down to volunteer for the day - some wonderful work was made, and lots of tea was made!

A special treat for Robert & Philip

A part of what we like to do is allow our group members to suggest activities that they might like to do, and ensure that they can enjoy a social life. In the past, we have done lots of different things as per the request of each person. For Robert, he just loves a lovely, sophisticated cup of tea and cake with friends. On the days that we don't have our Rainbow Club, most of the group have other commitments and clubs to go to, but Robert and Philip do not - so we thought it would be a good opportunity to take them to The Ned for an Afternoon Tea!

Bowling & a lovely lunch!

There was a week this month that we could not access the art centre, so we filled out club time on the Wednesday with bowling - and obviously lunch!

Cinema, go-karting & you guessed it....a lovely lunch!

On the other day we could not access the art centre, we went to the cinema to see 'Despicable Me 4', and also had a go at go-karting!

The Third Sector Charity Awards

Our short film was nominated for another award! So last Friday Ella and Caroline went to the charity award event! We didn't win but we had a great time, ate a delicious three course meal and got some rather interesting AI photos taken of us!

Club fun!

Along with all the fun outings, we've had fun at the art centre too - some snaps from our clubs!

Last months party at Debbie’s!

This was missed from the August newsletter, but Debbie’s lovely have threw and amazing party for the families of everyone who lives there - and we were lucky enough to get an invite!
